Uncoupling

Sometimes, despite your best efforts, a relationship has run its course.

Or maybe it’s too broken to be fixed. Sometimes forgiveness and reconciliation don’t go hand-in-hand.

You never thought you’d be here, and you have no idea what to do first, or how to do it.

If you have children together, you want to make it as easy on them as possible, and that means treading very carefully. You know doing it badly can leave lasting scars, on them and yourselves, but you’re feeling so scared, angry, and lost.

It’s always best to try to take apart a relationship together, as kindly and compassionately as possible, but Damn! That can be so hard to do sometimes!

I’ve helped so many couples dismantle their marriages with grace and kindness. Figuring out what’s best for themselves and their children. Having hard but productive conversations in order to make good decisions.

And I’ve been there myself.

A few years ago, my former husband and I took our own marriage apart together, so I understand it from the inside as well.

It’s never easy, and it shouldn’t be, but it doesn’t have to be excruciating or leave gaping wounds.

You can do it well! And I can help you!
